By downloading our buylist, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You agree the buylist you are downloading is for the use of collecting and selling cards to Shuffle & Cut Games. Shuffle & Cut Games grants you a limited license for these purposes only, and the license is revocable without notice. Any use of this buylist for purposes other this, especially commercial use without regard to or written permission from Shuffle & Cut Games is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• You agree to send your cards to us no later than 1 business day from the date listed at the end of the buylist and to be received no later than 7 days after the date listed at the end of the buylist using either Airmail, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS, FedEx, or Airborne Express shipping service. If you do not, cards received are subject to pricing on the date received or the date sent, whichever is less.
• You agree to e-mail us here: Buylist Email before mailing the cards informing us of the sale. You MUST put your name in the email subject line after "Games Site Buylist for...". Please include the following information:
  
  
  • The DATE on the front of the buylist you are using
  • A complete itemized list of cards you are selling us, with the price listed for each
  • The total amount of the sale
  • The method by which you would prefer to be paid
  • Any information necessary to complete payment to you (see below)
  
  You must wait for us to email you approval of your order before you send it. We may contact you about your order if we have any questions. Failure to meet any of these terms may make your items subject to current pricing upon receipt, or to returns at your expense, at our discretion.
• You agree the cards sent match our card grading definition of Near Mint, according to our sole discretion. Any cards sent in less than Near Mint condition are subject to significant markdowns varying from 20% to 95% depending on the card's condition. Failure to send your cards in NM condition may result in significant processing delays. (You do not have the option to have non-NM cards returned to you.)
• You agree to not sell us more than 4 of any given card without approval prior to mailing the cards.
• You agree to include an itemized print out of your Sell to Us order. You agree to package the cards in the order they appear on the invoice/print out, either forwards or backwards. Failure to do so may result in a delay of processing time, and also a nominal handling charge of 5% of the order's amount, or $5.00, whichever is greater.
• You agree to ship your cards safely and at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to your cards during transit. We take no responsibility for the safety of your cards until they are in our possession. It is your responsibility to make sure the cards arrive, and arrive in good condition. We recommend rigid containers and thick, durable envelopes for the shipment of your cards. Wrapping them in a rubber band is NOT a safe shipping method. We also recommend a delivery confirmation or tracking service so you know the status of your cards at all times. We will let you know we have received your cards by our payment to you.
• You agree to include the following items in your package to us:
  
  
  • An itemized invoice/print out of the cards are sending (including card names, set, quantity, price, etc.)
  • Your safely package cards, put in the order listed on the itemized invoice/print out
  • Your invoice number (if applicable)
  • Your total in $US
  • Your name
  • Your valid, working email address
  • Your payment preference (see list below)
  • All information necessary for us to complete payment, including the following:
  
  
  • Store Credit - no fee - We'll add an extra 10% when you chose this method instead of cash! - You'll receive a coupon code by email to use on our Website. (please include your email address and name).
  • Paypal - no charge (please include your PayPal registered e-mail address)
  • Paper Check - mailed to you - $1.00 charge for the first order sent to us, $.50 for each additional (please include your name and mailing address)
  • Bank Money Order - mailed to you - $5.00 charge, plus up to a week delay in mailing of payment (please include your name and mailing address)
  
  
• Please keep in mind that at times we receive huge volumes of "Sell to Us" orders in the mail. In some cases, it can take 2 to 4 weeks to process your cards after we receive them. Please be patient.
• You agree that we reserve the right to send back in whole or in part any order placed if we become overwhelmed with orders selling us a particular card(s). In this instance, based on the percentage of the order returned, we may compensate you for reasonable shipping costs and packing materials and return the cards to you at our expense.
• You agree to enclose a print out of the cards you are selling (a print out of the order that we email you works fine), and a note to let us know how you would like to be paid according to the following schedule along with information needed to complete payment to you:

• You understand that failure to adhere to any part of the Buylist Agreement may cause significant additional delays in the processing of your Sell to Us order. Thank you for your understanding!
