A:
We have had an unacceptably high rate for packages shipped to these countries being lost in the mail.

If I am a resident of one of these countries, can I still order from you?
A:
Yes. However, you must choose either Express Mail International or FedEx International Priority for your shipping method.

But I don't want to pay that much for shipping!
A:
We're sorry. We regret having to implement this policy, but it is being implemented only after years of tracking the rate at which packages are lost in the mail going to various countries.

But I am a previous customer, and I have always gotten my packages successfully via these methods. Can you make an exception for me?

We will consider exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis. Please email support@shuffleandcut.com BEFORE you place your order if you wish to apply for an exception, and do not place your order before we grant/deny the exception.

We will continue to evaluate countries individually and make adjustments to this policy as needed. If we need to add additional countries to this policy, we will post a notice of such additions on the front page of our website.

Yes. We are happy to honor any orders before the restrictions were implemented using the shipping method you chose. This policy is only for future orders.
